Ox Notes: June 26, 2008
It's a big day for televised sports here at MOIB HQ. The NBA Draft starts at 7:30 p.m. ET on ESPN, and Spain takes on Russia in the Euro 2008 semi-finals at 2:30 ET this afternoon, also on ESPN.
Hopefully, today's soccer broadcast won't be interrupted like yesterday's match was. Lightning knocked out power to the international broadcast center, depriving me of seeing the last 14 minutes of the game in which my pick to win, Turkey, lost to Germany.
Wipeout put up good ratings for ABC on Tuesday.
Swingtown's Grant Show gave TV Guide an interview about his mustache.
EW posted the complete list of its 100 New TV Classics.
USA Today has a list of 12 shows to watch on the Web. Twin Peaks might not be as scary on a small computer monitor.
So You Think You Can Dance judges Mary Murphy and Dan Karaty gave their thoughts on last night's performances to Us Magazine.
Here are links to videos of all of last night's SYTYCD performances: Courtney & Gev, Katee & Joshua, Chelsea & Thayne, Kourtni & Matt, Jessica & Will, Comfort & Chris, Kherington & Twitch, and Chelsie & Mark.
