Despite the headlines, don't get your hopes up that Al Pacino will join the cast of Dancing with the Stars. Here's the full quote he gave to Time: "Actually, I would consider it. All due respect and trying to be as modest as I can be, I am a dancer. But I don't think I would be on Dancing with the Stars mainly because I would be too shy."

In other ballroom news, the New York Post reports that one of So You Think You Can Dance contestant Faina Savich's dance teachers was none other than DwtS's Karina Smirnoff.

NBC is reportedly trying to lure Jon Stewart to their network, and may even pay off Conan O'Brien to give Stewart his spot.
