Tonight's new episode of Top Chef: New York runs an extra 15 minutes long, starting at 10 ET on Bravo. The network revealed details about the season finale, including the name of the guest judge and the location where it's being filmed (hint: it's not New York).

In other Top Chef news, People interviewed ousted cheftestant Ariane Duarte. And head judge Tom Colicchio is being praised as a hero after using the Heimlich Maneuver to save someone over the weekend.
